Liz has four children and loves swimming, gardening and travelling on holidays to the beach or new destinations either in Australia or overseas.

Experience

She completed a Pilates Instructor Training Course in 2003 and has since used this technique with children and youth for training core stability and improved posture as part of individual treatment programs or in small classes.
